Too much family drama and cliche story writing, overall it's a worst addition to MCU. Black widow deserves better.

The title pretty much says it all. Black Widow is a bad-ass not because she's a woman, like they heavily relied on with Captain Marvel, but because she's A FREAKING WEAPON!!! This whole focus on gender, sexual orientation or ethnicity and making that the biggest part of their identity RUINS CHARACTERS!!! Black Widow is a freaking superhero with hyper advanced fighting skills, is incredibly smart, is flawed but learns from her mistakes, has weaknesses, and has an incredible heart... OH and she just so happens to be a woman.
It's so refreshing to see that this film hit all those points flawlessly. Also Madison Pugh, David Harbour and Rachel Weisz we're INCREDIBLE!!! Great chemistry!!!

I was someone truly interested in finally seeing a black widow solo film. Sadly it was unbelievably disappointing. In the comics black widow would not only be a skilled fighter, but she'd user her feminine personality and beauty to get information out of corrupt bad guys. Her character was like a female James Bond in the comics. But now it's like they decided to follow the same boring trend Hollywood is into right now. The trend is having any female character, who is strong, also be masculine. This felt like a boring Jason Bourne movie. It was just action scenes non stop with very boring plot and dialogue elements. The biggest disappointment of all..... Taskmaster....... I mean c'mon why do we have to keep ruining established comic book characters. Yikes.
