Love Terry and Maya and the song was good. But still - the lack of diversity was all too apparent.
A pretty decent Netflix movie that has a weird quirky handcrafted kids movie vibe. The plot felt disjointed and didn't flow as well as the writers and directors expected but the charm filled in those ninety minutes sorta negates it.
If I had to describe it, it would like if the animation of UglyDolls was used to convey the story of something out of A Series Of Unfortunate Events.
